What should I expect when I come?

Church should most importantly be a place you can come and experience the presence of God. It should also be a place where your children are safe and you feel welcome.

Visiting a new place for the first time can bring with it a variety of questions. It seems like such a big place, will I feel lost? What should I wear? What should I expect once I’m there? What’s available for my kids? We hope we can help answer some of your questions…

Answers to common questions...

We’re a growing church, but we guarantee it will feel like home. We understand that it can be difficult to walk into a large facility for the first time. Our friendly staff of ushers and greeters will make you feel at home.

Wear what feels comfortable. Church really isn’t about what you wear. We are only interested in serving you, and helping you experience God in a real way.

Your kids are going to have a blast! We know that whether you have infants or older children you need a safe place for them to learn. That is why each one of our workers has had a full background check and have also taken a class know as R.I.S.K.  Protecting your children is very important to us. We also know that your kids want to have lots of fun. You’ll find that our nurseries and children’s classrooms are a safe and fun place for them to learn.

You’ll walk out feeling different than when you walked in. The beautiful thing about Jesus is that He never leaves us the same. Having spent time in the presence of the Lord you will feel different. At Calvary Church you’ll enjoy great music and practical, down-to-earth messages that will impact your life. Church really ought to be fun and life changing.
